EL BAG Simp è specializzata nella produzione di CUSTODIE e CONTENITORI PER ELETTRONICA in plastica. Essi sono destinati al montaggio in apparecchi elettronici, o quadri con binari a norme DIN (EN 50022 - EN 50035).

VASCHETTE INTERFACCIA. In diverse larghezze (43,68,72,100,108 mm) e lunghezze, sono corredate di aggancio per barra DIN ed eventuale laterale alto che, abbinato ad una copertura, permette di realizzare una unità chiusa. In alternativa alla vaschetta standard è possibile usare il PROFILATO ESTRUSO, più economico (larghezza 72 e 108 mm). Il profilato viene consegnato già tagliato a misura, con eventuale laterale alto e copertura.

CONTENITORI VERTICALI per BARRA DIN, custodie chiuse adatte all’inserimento di una scheda verticale, per mini-PLC, logiche, ecc., con connessioni sui lati e sul frontale. Laterali e frontale possono avere finestrature per connettori, LED, comandi, ecc

CONTENITORI MODULARI, per applicazioni civili e industriali, domotica, condizionamento, ventilazione, controllo presenze e accessi, ecc. Essi sono modulari (1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 unità). L’aggancio per barra DINè incorporato nella custodia. Il frontale può essere opaco, trasparente, o a cerniera. I contenitori modulari sono molto spesso lavorati per consentire l’adozione di morsetti a distacco, connettori, ecc.

EL BAG Simp is a producer specialized in the manufacturing of plasticCASES and HOUSINGS for ELECTRONICS. They are foreseen for mounting in electronic devices or rack systems equipped with DIN RAIL (EN50022 – EN 50035).

The main Product Families are as follows:

HOUSING for INTERFACE, available in many widths (43,68,72,100,108 mm) and lengths, equipped with foot for DIN rail, transformable in a closed case by means of the relevant cover and the increased-height side pieces. As an alternative to the standard housing, it is possible to use the cheaper EXTRUDED PROFILE (72 and 108 mm wide). The profile is delivered in bars or cut to length, on request with the increased-heigth side pieces and cover.

DIN RAIL VERTICAL HOUSING, which is a closed case suitable for accommodating a vertical PCB, for electronic units, logic subunits, etc., with connections on any side. The front and the sides can be windowed for connectors, LED, controls, etc.

MODULAR HOUSINGS, for industrial and civil applications, Domotics, Air-conditioning, Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Access-control, etc. They are made in modular length (1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 unit). The DIN rail foot is part of the case. The front panel can be clear, blind, or hinged.

These modular housings are often drilled or windowed, to allow for displays, LEDs, connectors, detacheable terminal blocks, front controls, keyboard, etc.

EL BAG Simp ist ein Hesteller spezialisiert in der Erzeugung von Kunststoff-DOSEN und GEHÄUSE für ELEKTRONIK. Diese sind für die Montage in elektonischen Einheiten und Systeme (mit DIN Tragschiene EN50022–EN50035) geeignet. Die Hauptprodukte sind:

MODULSOCKEL FÜR INTERFACE, in vielen Längen und Breiten (43,68,72,100,108 mm), mit entsprechendem Fuss für DINTragschiene oder mit zusätzlichem überragendem Endstück gekoppelt mit einer Abdeckkappe, sodass eine geschlossene Einheit zu erreichen. Andernfalls es ist möglich das STRANGPRESSPROFIL zu verwenden (länge 72 und 108 mm). Das Profil ist sehr billig und kann schon geschneidet geliefert werden, mit zusätzlicher Abdeckkappe.

SENKRECHTE GEHÄUSE für DIN Tragschiene. Geschlossene gehäuse für senkrechte Platine. Geeignet, für Logikeinheiten, Moduleinheiten, usw., mit Verbindungen an jeder Seit. Auf Anfrage werden weitere Lochungen für stecker, LED, usw, auf jeder Seite ausgeführt

EL BAG Simp est un producteur de Coffrets et Boitiers pour l’Electronique, en materiel plastique, à installer dans les appareils electroniques et les cadres electriques avec rails DIN (EN 50022 - EN 50035). Les familles de produits les plus importantes sont:

SOCLES A INTERFACE, in tailles differentes, (largeur 43,68,72,100,108 mm - longeurs modulaires), equipès pour encliquetage sur rails DIN EN 50022 et 50035, permettant de realiser une unitè couverte, si couplès au couvercle et au flanc haut. Comme alternative au socle standard, il est possible utiliser le PROFIL, plus economique (largeur 72 et 108 mm). Le profil est livrè deja coupè, eventuellement avec flanc haut et couvercle de protection.
